I acknowledge that I am authorized to make decisions and enter agreements on behalf of the client or organization named in this booking. I acknowledge that Cafering (Mario Idrovo Coffee Solutions LLC) will not be held responsible for delays, limitations, or cancellations resulting from venue restrictions, inadequate access, power supply issues, weather conditions, or other factors outside its control. I accept full responsibility for ensuring that all venue accommodations—including power, access, setup time, and service space—are provided as required. I understand that failure to meet these conditions may result in additional fees or reduced service without refund. I further acknowledge that Cafering requires access to the service area at least 75 minutes before the scheduled service time, one standard 110V outlet within 25 feet of the setup area, and a wheelchair-accessible service location. The service space must be adequate for safe equipment setup and staff operation. While a minimum service area of approximately 5 feet by 5 feet per coffee cart is recommended, this requirement may be waived if the client requests setup within an existing table, counter, or indoor area provided by the client, and no guest line or dedicated service zone is needed. Outdoor service requires prior approval and sufficient coverage. If weather or unsafe conditions prevent operation, Cafering may pause, relocate, or cancel service. In such cases, every reasonable effort will be made to continue service safely or reschedule when possible. Refunds are generally non-refundable once services are confirmed. However, Cafering reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a partial or full refund or apply a service credit in exceptional cases or when a cancellation is initiated by Cafering. I understand that extending service time, adding hours, drinks, or staff beyond the original quote will incur additional charges. If early setup or arrival is required (including several hours or the day prior), additional fees may apply to cover staff, transportation, or equipment holding. I understand that any services, add-ons, or customizations not explicitly listed in my quote or invoice—including but not limited to coffee printers, custom cups, branding, or other special requests—are not included in the booking and will incur separate charges. All payments are final once services are confirmed, except where otherwise required by law. Cafering (Mario Idrovo Coffee Solutions LLC) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to this service. By checking this box, I agree to these terms and release Cafering (Mario Idrovo Coffee Solutions LLC) from responsibility or liability for any misunderstanding, omission, or issue resulting from conditions beyond its control or from any service, item, or requirement not explicitly listed in my quote or invoice. I understand that payment of any invoice or deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and serves as an electronic signature of agreement.
