Every standard booking includes a fully equipped mobile specialty coffee cart and espresso bar, professional barista service, espresso equipment, locally roasted coffee, whole milk, oat milk, cups, ice, water, ingredients, setup, service, and breakdown.

Our standard service starts with two hours of unlimited made-to-order coffee. We bring what is needed to operate the mobile espresso bar, so the venue does not need to supply water or coffee equipment.

Neither. Our standard coffee catering service is not priced per cup. Guests can reorder and enjoy unlimited drinks during the booked service time.

We do not place a strict guest limit on one coffee bar. Instead, we look at expected drink demand, service time, and how quickly you want guests served when recommending the right setup.

A single coffee cart or espresso bar is generally planned around approximately 75 drinks per hour. If your event is expected to require more volume, we will usually recommend an additional bar for a smoother guest experience and shorter lines.

Larger conferences, trade shows, and brand activations can use multiple mobile coffee carts and espresso bars at the same time. We can scale service for events requiring 750+ drinks per hour.

We provide mobile coffee cart catering and espresso bar service for brand activations, conferences, corporate events, weddings, trade shows, expos, executive meetings, office events, retail events, store openings, fundraisers, private parties, and multi-day events.

The same mobile coffee bar can be configured for a private event or scaled into a multi-cart operation for a major conference, corporate event, or large brand activation.

Cafering is based in Miami and primarily provides mobile coffee catering throughout Miami and South Florida, including Miami Beach, Brickell, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Aventura, Broward County, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, and Naples.

We also travel throughout Florida and can support select out-of-state and nationwide events when the event scope and logistics make sense. Travel, lodging, freight, parking, or other transportation-related fees may apply outside our normal service area.

Our mobile espresso bars serve made-to-order specialty coffee drinks including espresso, americanos, cappuccinos, lattes, cortados, iced lattes, and other event-friendly coffee options. Whole milk and oat milk are included as our standard milk options, with additional alternatives available upon request.

Yes. Depending on the event, Cafering can also provide matcha, hot tea, custom specialty drinks, and hot chocolate bar catering. Non-coffee services can be booked on their own or combined with a mobile coffee cart or espresso bar.

Yes. Branding can range from adding your logo to the front panel to wrapping the front and sides or branding the full coffee cart, including the canopy. Additional custom branding can be produced for larger activations upon request.

We can also provide custom hot and cold cups, stickers, branded menus, custom drinks, and full-color logo printing directly onto drinks. Our coffee printer is one of our most popular branding options because each finished drink becomes part of the event experience.

Our mobile espresso bar service is built around specialty coffee and professional equipment designed for high-quality event service. We use La Marzocco espresso machines and our Escondido coffee blend, locally roasted in Miami using coffees from Brazil and El Salvador.

Cafering was founded by Mario Idrovo, Ecuador’s National Barista Champion, and developed around professional barista training, specialty coffee standards, consistent extraction, and drinks prepared fresh on-site for each guest.

Each standard coffee cart requires approximately a 5 ft × 5 ft service area and one standard 120V, 15-amp electrical outlet within 25 feet. We normally request approximately 75 to 90 minutes of access before service for load-in, setup, equipment warm-up, and testing.

We bring our own water and the operating supplies needed for coffee service. If your venue has a loading dock, freight elevator, credentialing process, unusual parking requirements, or difficult access, let us know in advance. Additional logistics or labor fees may apply when extra access requirements add significant time or personnel.

We can also operate an espresso bar from an existing venue bar or counter instead of using our mobile coffee cart when requested and operationally feasible. Additional setup fees may apply.

Yes. Our mobile coffee carts and espresso bars can operate indoors or outdoors at hotels, convention centers, offices, retail stores, malls, private residences, event venues, and outdoor activations.

Outdoor service is weather dependent. We cannot safely operate during rain or extreme heat and request a covered, shaded area for the coffee bar and baristas whenever possible.

Yes. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance, or COI, when required by the venue or event organizer. This is common for hotels, corporate buildings, convention centers, malls, and professionally managed event spaces.

Send us the venue’s insurance requirements in advance and our team can coordinate the documentation as part of event planning.

Around one month in advance is ideal for most events because it gives us time to reserve your date and coordinate staffing, branding, venue requirements, and event logistics.

We regularly accommodate last-minute mobile coffee catering requests when availability allows. Rush fees may apply when an event requires expedited staffing, production, travel, or custom materials.
