How early do I need to book to guarantee availability?
We recommend booking at least one month in advance to secure your preferred date. Our calendar fills quickly, especially on weekends and during peak seasons — so earlier is always better.
We can occasionally accommodate last-minute requests, but availability becomes very limited within two weeks of the event. If your date is coming up soon, reach out right away and we’ll do everything we can to make it work.
How much does it cost?

How far do you travel for events?
We provide coffee cart catering across South Florida, including Miami, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Davie, Weston, Pembroke Pines, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach.
Our mobile espresso bar regularly serves events throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County, including corporate events, conferences, weddings, brand activations, and private celebrations.
If your event is outside these areas, feel free to reach out. We frequently travel for large events and custom activations.
Events located more than 50 miles from our Miami base may require a travel fee depending on distance and logistics.
