- If your sessions release everyone at once, we can add standby baristas timed to those surges so the line clears faster right when the break starts.

How much space does each bar need?
Each bar needs a 5×5 ft footprint, plus enough room in front for attendees to queue without blocking foot traffic to sessions or exhibits.
What power do you need on site?
One standard 120V outlet per bar booked. Let us know at booking if your venue has any power restrictions so we can plan around them ahead of time.
Can you run a multi-day conference?
Yes. The same setup runs each day of your conference without needing to be rebuilt, whether that’s two days or a full week.
Indoor or outdoor?
Both. The bar works whether you’re set up in a hotel ballroom, a convention center hall, or an outdoor courtyard space.
Is session-synced staffing included by default?
No. Standard service is open and continuous throughout your conference. Session-synced staffing is an optional add-on, priced separately since it requires extra baristas on standby, and can be added when you request your quote.
Is this a fit for a smaller internal meeting instead?
